National Health Mission, Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 233 Consultant, District Programme Coordinator, District Quality Consultant, District Accounts Manager, District Data Manager, Hospital Administrator, Counselor and other posts.
STATE LEVEL POSITIONS:
1. Addl Consultant (Child Health)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Medical/ Public Health graduate. At least 5 years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional / district level, with professional knowledge of neonatal & child health is essential.
2. Consultant (Family Planning)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College. 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
3. Addl. Consultant (Maternal Health)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OBGY or Community Medicine / Public Health. At least 5 (five) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions. At least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health.
4. State Programme Coordinator, NCD cum Health and Wellness Centre
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM. At least 2 years experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programme in Non Communicable Disease/HWC.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant, NVBDCP
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: MBBS with post Graduate Degree in Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Public Health from a Govt. recognized Medical College preferably with 2 years of experience in the area of specialization of which at least 1 year should be preferably in a public health programme.

MBBS from a Govt. recognized Medical College with 10 years and above experience in National Programme may also apply.
6. Consultant NCD Pool
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: MBBS with minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes. Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred.

7. Consultant NPPCO

Educational Qualification & Experience: Degree/ Diploma in Community Medicine/ Preventive and Social Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MPH/ MBA Health Care Administration from an institute recognized by MCI. At least 3 years of experience after obtaining post graduate degree.

Educational Qualification & Experience: Master Degree in Gynaecology/ Radiology/ from Govt. recognized institution.

4. District Accounts Manager

Educational Qualification & Experience: M.Com/ CA-Inter or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years of post qualification work experience, preferably in an organization involved in the field of community health / community development / social work or related fields. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel and Power Point and Tally.
5. District Data Manager

Educational Qualification & Experience: MCA from Govt recognized institution. Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field of public health will be preferred.
6. District Vector Borne Disease Consultant

Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Zoology/ Entomology/ Life Sciences with 5 years of work experience. For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must as one of the subjects at graduate level. Minimum of 1 year experience of working in a health programme is desirable.

Educational Qualification & Experience: M.Com/ CA Inter or equivalent qualification from Govt. recognized institution. Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms .
