The candidate having the below mentioned qualifications and norms may apply for the above mentioned posts with all necessary self - attested copies of the educational qualification documents from HSLC AHM ( 10th ) examination onward , along with experience certificates and necessary fees . Candidate has to submit their application to the undersigned on or before 15-08-2020 (15th Aug 2020) . The contract period shall be initially for 11 months and it will be reviewed every year on the basis of performance .
- Educational qualification : The candidate must be Commerce graduate having minimum 60 % of marks and must have diploma in Computer Education from the Govt . recognized institutions . The candidate having passed in CA ( intern ) or equivalent and having Assamese as one of the subject in HSLC or equivalent examinations will get extra weightage .
- Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in any of the Govt / Private organization in the field of Accounts . Hel She must have knowledge in Tally / ERP and Excel .
- Age as on 01/01/2020 : Minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years .
- Last date of submission of Application : 15th Aug 2020 .
- Remuneration : Rs . 17,000 per month ( with a provision for annual increment and DA as admissible ) .
- Application Fees : Candidates desiring to apply for the above mentioned post will have to deposit an amount of Rs 200 ( Two hundred only ) in favour of Secretary , Board of Secondary Education , Assam either through Demand Draft of any nationalized bank payable at Guwahati or through Challan of the Assam Co - operative Apex Bank , Bamunimaidam Branch , Guwahati ( Challan available in the SEBA office ) payable at Assam Cooperative Apex Bank , SEBA complex .
- Under no circumstances the applications will be accepted after last date .
- Marking Pattern of the interview will be as follows ,
b ) HSSLC ( 12th ) : 10 marks
c ) Graduation : 10 marks
d ) Diploma in computer
I . For Grade A : 5 marks
II . For Grade B : 3 marks
III . For Grade C : 1 mark
e ) Experience in Tally : 10 marks
f) Experienc Excel : 10 marks
g ) Computer practical knowledge test : 30 marks
h ) Viva - voce : 15 marks
i ) Extra Weightage : 20 marks
