Combined Entrance Examination 2021 (CEE-2021)

For Admission into 1st Semester of B.Tech. Programmes in the Engineering Colleges of Assam, for the Academic Session 2021-22.
As authorized by the Govt. of Assam, The Combined Entrance Examination, 2021(CEE-2021) shall be conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU), Guwahati, for admission to Engineering Colleges of Assam as per the following schedule:
General Information for CEE-2021
The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), 2021 for admission to B.Tech. programme in the colleges of Assam shall be conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University.
The CEE-2021 will be conducted as per the latest syllabus of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

Step to Apply for CEE-2021
Step 1: Visit www.astu.ac.in and click on CEE 2021 Online Form Fill-up link
Step2: Click on the Application Form Tab
Step 3: Read the Instructions carefully before online form filling
Step 4: Click on Next and fill up the form and submit
Step 5: Pay the examination fee Rs. 750, through online payment facility,which is available on the website
Step 6: Take printout of Application Form for personal record.
Steps and precautions to be taken while filling up of application form for CEE-2021:
a) A computer with good Internet connectivity.
b) A recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate should be uploaded in the space indicated in the online application form. Size of the photograph must be less than 35 kb, height of the photograph between 250 pixels to 320 pixels and width of the photograph must be between 150 pixels to 220 pixels. Size of Signature must be less than 30kb, height of the signature must be between 100 pixels to 180 pixel and width of the signature must be between 150 pixels to 220 pixels.
The photograph and signature should be either in '.jpeg' or '.jpg' format.
c) Scanned clear signature in JPG/JPEG format (size between 15 kb 30kb).
d) A valid e-mail id as all communication will be made on this e-mail id, if necessary.
e) A valid mobile number as information via SMS will be sent to the number, if
necessary.
f) A valid debit/credit card or Net banking account.
g) A printer connected to the system of the applicant to print confirmation page(s).
h) Download Information Brochure. Read it carefully to ensure your eligibility and acquaint with the requirements for submission of Online Application Form.
i) No correction can be made at a later stage after submission of an application. No change will be accepted through Post/Fax/ email / By Hand etc. No change in the category will be entertained after the last date for submission of CEE-2021 application form and no subsequent changes will be effective after declaration of CEE-2021 Results.
Important Dates for CEE-2021:
#Submission of online applications: 14th July, 2021
#Last date for online submission of online applications: 2nd August, 2021
#Issue of Online Admit cards: Will be available from 15 days before and upto the date of examination.
#Date of examination: 29th August, 2021 (Sunday)
#Examination Timing: 11:00AM-02:00 P.M.
#Declaration of results: Within10 days of conduct of examination
Payment Proccedure for CEE-2021
A State University of Government of Assam constituted by "Assam Science and Technology University Act, 2009"
- Pay the fee through SBI online payment facility, which is available in Login after submission of Application Form.
- Payment can be done through various options, State Bank ATM-cum- Debit Card / Other Bank's Debit Card and Credit Card / NEFT/RTGS/GRPT through Branch/Internet Banking of other Banks / Online GRPT through INB/ATM Card of our Associate Banks / Mobile Banking and Self Service Kiosk.
- Please Note, Applicable Bank Charges plus taxes if any will be recovered at the time of payment by the applicants.

- Select Payment Category => CEE FEE 2021.
- ENTER STUDENT’S APPLICATION NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, CANDIDATES NAME ,FATHERS NAME, REGISTERED MOBILE NO, EMAIL ADDRESS.
- ENTER APPLICATION NUMBER EXACTLY AS INFORMED BY YOUR WEBSITE AND ENTER DOB AS DD/MM/YYYY IN THIS FORMAT ONLY. E.G. 25/03/2001
- ONCE, DONE, HE WILL BE TAKEN TO NEXT PAGE TO PAY FEES, THROUGH THE MODE OF HIS CHOICE, LIKE ONLINE -STATE BANK DEBIT CARD / OTHER BANK DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARDS / STATE BANK ONLINE BANKING / OTHER BANK ONLINE BANKING / ETC. EXTRA COMMISSION CHARGED WILL ALSO BE SHOWN THERE. LAST CHOICE IS TO PAY BY GOING TO ANY BRANCH, WHICH HAS MORE CHARGES.
